The problem with conservatories is they were never intended as extensions. The amount of glass or plastic in the roof and walls causes the problem. With Hybrids we remove all the wall frames and roof. You can then add as much brickwork as you like to create a room with walls for a TV or privacy from neighbours. The roof is not a plastic tiled roof it is a solid fully insulated roof that will match the roof on your home. We can add Velux roof windows for light and ventilation.

Once we complete your switch from conservatory to Hybrid Extension and all the walls are fully plastered all electrics and heating are installed we will have the new extension signed off by your local authority to confirm it complies with building regulations and you now have a fully compliant house extension adding value as well as usable space to your home.
